Bring your furry friends home!

Appletree Village requires that all residents provide management with a veterinarian's certificate, stating that the pet is in good health with proof of all required immunizations, including rabies. Provide management with proof that the pet has been spayed or neutered. Provide proof of rental insurance with liability clause. Tenant is responsible for the care and cleanliness of pet on the premises. Pets Welcome Upon Approval. Breed restrictions apply. Limit of 1 pet per household. Maximum adult weight is 18 pounds. Maximum adult height is 12 inches from the shoulder. Pet deposit is $200 above and beyond the security deposit. Sorry, no pets are allowed on a visiting or temporary basis.
